If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.


🇬🇧 Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The book is free from damage, markings, or wear
  • All original packaging is intact

All returns must be approved in advance.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email contact@bominio.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


💰 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is covered by us
  • Change of mind or incorrect order: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition

🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

For all other cases, please return the item and place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, where applicable.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction

No restocking fees apply.
